Mars Electronics is split between units 28 and 35 in the C-Block of the Masjid Moth LSC. It’s a busy local center, and we’re right in the middle of it. One side is mostly for the bigger items while the other is where we keep the spare parts and do the repairs. There are always wires and tools scattered across the workbenches. It might look messy to someone else, but it makes sense to us when we’re fixing a circuit board or checking a screen. We get a lot of people coming in with broken gadgets, hoping we can bring them back to life. The air conditioning in the shop is a bit old, so it hums loudly when it’s running. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. Neighbors from the surrounding blocks stop by to ask about new arrivals or just to say hello. We don’t go for flashy marketing or big sales pitches. Most of our day is spent looking through magnifying glasses or soldering small components. It’s quiet work that requires a bit of patience. The lighting could be better, but we have lamps at every station. Sometimes we run out of space for all the repairs, and things get stacked up near the door. It’s a local shop run by people who just like fixing things. We try to be as quick as we can with the tools.
