We are located in Surya Apartment, specifically at 29-A in Pocket-11 of Kalkaji Extension. It’s a quiet residential kind of area, not like the big commercial blocks downtown. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this office for a good while. People come in looking to go all sorts of places, and we try to figure out the best way to get them there. It’s mostly about booking tickets and figuring out schedules. Sometimes it’s a headache when flights get canceled or prices jump around, but that’s just the travel business for you. We aren't one of those massive online sites where you can't talk to a person. We're right here in New Delhi if someone needs to drop by and ask a question. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paper. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things. Kalkaji is a good neighborhood, and being in an apartment complex makes it feel a bit more personal, I think. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at screens, trying to find seats on planes or rooms in hotels. It’s steady work. We don't have a big marketing team, just us at our desks in Pocket-11.
