Marlin Travels Pvt Ltd is situated on the first floor of building number 82 in Old Anarkali. Being on the first floor means we are just a short walk up the stairs. This part of Delhi is quite old and has a lot of character. Our office is a simple room where we have our desks and chairs. We don't have any high-end finishes or corporate branding around the place. It’s just where we sit and work on the travel arrangements. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking various schedules on the computers. It’s often a bit noisy because of the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We are just a small group of people working together. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and the tea lady comes by a few times a day. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Old Anarkali is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the other small businesses around here. We just try to be useful and keep our records straight. It’s a plain and simple way of doing business, and it seems to work out fine for everyone involved. We’ve been here a long time and know the area well.
