Shahdara can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We are tucked away in Jwala Nagar at 27/50. It’s a busy spot, mostly crowded with people moving around all day. Marlin Travels has been operating out of this small office for quite some time now. You’ll find us easily if you know the landmark, but the street gets narrow. It's not a fancy place, just a room with desks and a couple of computers where we handle travel bookings and tickets. Most days it’s just the sound of the fan and someone on the phone explaining train timings or bus routes. The neighbor downstairs has a small tea stall, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. We don’t really do much advertising because people around here just walk in when they need to get somewhere. It gets hot in the summer, especially in this part of New Delhi, but we keep things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some new buildings went up, and the traffic got worse, but we’re still here at the same old address. It’s just a regular local business trying to help people get their travel plans sorted without too much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get the work done anyway. It's nothing special, just our daily routine in Shahdara.
