You can find us over at the Nurses Hostel in Kingsway Camp. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a travel business, specifically in Rooms 21 through 23 at the I.D. Hospital. Mark Tours is where we handle a lot of travel planning, mostly focused on the Sultanate of Oman. We chose this location because it was available and it works for what we need. It’s not a fancy storefront with posters in the window. It’s more of a workspace where we spend our hours on the phone or typing away on computers. The hospital grounds are usually quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We help people figure out their visas and their flights. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting, and other days we can barely keep up with the emails. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while now. The rooms are basic, just enough space for our desks and some chairs for when people visit. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished look. We just know the travel business well and help people get where they need to go. It’s just us doing our thing in Kingsway Camp. We keep the paperwork moving and try to stay organized among all the files.
