Mariners Buildcon India Limited

We are over here in Najafgarh, specifically at Rz-40 A in the X Block Extension of New Roshan Pura. It is a busy part of New Delhi but we like it here. Mariners Buildcon India Limited has been around for a bit now, mostly just handling local construction stuff and helping people get their houses sorted out. We aren't a giant office with fancy suits or anything. Most days it is just us talking to folks about what they need built or fixed. Sometimes the traffic around New Roshan Pura gets really bad, which makes getting materials delivered a bit of a headache, but we manage somehow. People around here know where to find us. We started this because we knew the area well and saw a lot of folks needed help with building work that didn't cost a fortune. It is basic work, really. We look at the plans, get the labor together, and try to get things done. It’s not always easy with the dust and the heat in Delhi, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We stay busy enough. Usually, someone is always in the office if you drop by, unless we are out at a site checking on the walls or the foundation. We don't do much fancy advertising. Word gets around the neighborhood if you do a decent job. That is how we have stayed in business at this address for this long. It's just honest work done by regular people.
