Maples

We are based in Erode, down in Tamil Nadu, at 215-A in the Railway Colony. It is a quiet part of town because most of the people who live here work for the railways. Our building is a bit old, but it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We have a few ceiling fans that run all day long to keep the air moving. The office is mostly just one big room with a few partitions. We have a lot of paperwork because we still like to keep physical records of everything we do. There is a small porch out front where we sit sometimes when the weather is nice. We don't have any fancy lights or modern decor. It is just some basic tables and a few computers that have been with us for years. The neighborhood is full of trees, which is nice. We can hear the trains blowing their whistles every now and then. It is a very steady pace of life here. We don't rush around like people do in the big cities. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head back home to our families. It is a simple way of working, but it suits us just fine. We have lived in Erode for a long time and we like being part of this community.
