Maples

Our office for Maples is way up on the 13th floor of Ashiana Upavan, specifically at A-1302. This is over in Niti Khand Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201010. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a traditional workplace at all. Sometimes it feels like we’re just working from a friend’s living room. We’ve got a view of the other towers and the dusty roads of Ghaziabad from the balcony. It gets quite windy up here sometimes, which is a nice change from the heat down on the street. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and a fancy HR department. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep everything organized and moving forward. We don't have any scripted ways of talking to people or a set of goals we have to recite every morning. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful. Most of us have been living in this area for years, so we’re used to the traffic jams and the power cuts that happen every now and then. We have a kettle for making tea and that’s about as fancy as our break room gets. It’s a practical setup and it works for us. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we’re too busy actually doing the work. It’s just a normal day at A-1302.
