Our office is situated at 407-Shakti Khand on the third floor in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. It is a bit of a walk up if the elevator is having one of its bad days, which happens more often than we would like. We have been in this building for a good amount of time, and the walls are filled with shelves of old files and folders. The work we do here is mostly about securities and finance, which means a lot of time spent staring at computer screens and typing in numbers. It gets very quiet in the afternoons when everyone is concentrated on their work. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, and that is usually the spot where we take a break and talk about the news. The 201012 area is always growing, so there is usually some sort of construction noise coming from the street below. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of fancy rules. It is just a few of us trying to keep the paperwork organized and the clients happy. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through it. We spend a lot of time double-checking everything because mistakes with money are a headache to fix later on. It is a regular job in a regular office, and we just try to stay on top of the daily grind. We have got our routine down now and we just keep things moving.
