Our place is located at 1 - Vikram Kapoor, 1575 in Sector-15. It's a pretty standard spot in the neighborhood. We focus on finding work for people and finding people for work. It sounds simple but it takes up all of our time. We see a lot of different faces coming through the door every day. Some people are looking for their first job, and others are looking for something new. We just sit down with them and see what we can find. The office is pretty basic, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a waiting area. We’ve been in Sector-15 for a while and most people around here know where we are. We don't have any big speeches about our work. We just try to be helpful when someone walks in. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right fit, but we keep trying. The atmosphere is usually a bit busy, with phones ringing and people filling out forms. We don't use any corporate talk here. It’s just us trying to help our neighbors find a way to earn a living. We know the local area well and that helps. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people, which is what we do best. Every day is a bit different depending on who comes in, but the goal is always just to get through the stack of resumes and job listings. We stay until the work is done and then we head home like everyone else.
