We operate out of a DDA flat at 59D in Pocket-1, which is over in New Delhi near the border area. Even though the address sometimes gets listed with Haryana, we are firmly planted in this residential pocket where things are mostly quiet during the day. Using a flat as an office for a logistics business might seem a bit unusual but it works for us and keeps everything manageable. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you will see stacks of files and clipboards all over the place. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on where shipments are located across the region. It is not a big warehouse or a corporate building with a glass front, just a regular home that we have turned into a workspace. The kitchen area is mostly used for making tea and there is always someone coming in or going out with a delivery note. The neighborhood is full of families so we try to keep things professional and not make too much noise in the hallways. It is a very hands-on kind of job where we have to stay on top of the details every single hour. We have been doing this for a while now and the routine of the logistics world is something we are very used to by this point.
