Mangalam Tours

We are located in Bhikaji Cama Place, which is a really busy part of New Delhi. Our office is U.G. 35 in Somdutt Chamber-I. If you have ever been there, you know it is a bit of a maze with all the different levels and corridors. It’s a place that feels very lived-in. We have posters on the walls and stacks of travel brochures that have been there for a while. Our daily life involves a lot of phone calls and checking flight timings or bus schedules. People come in looking for a trip, and we just sit down and look at the options on the screen. It is not a high-tech setup; it is just a bunch of us who know a lot about routes and hotels. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different people trying to get things sorted out. The office can get a little messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. Bhikaji Cama is always buzzing, so there is a lot of energy around the building. We grab lunch from the stalls downstairs and then get back to booking tours. It is practical work. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a local business feel through and through, even though we deal with travels to far-off places.
