We are located in Uttam Nagar West, right near the Kendriya Vidyalaya School. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of New Delhi, always filled with people and traffic. Being so close to the school means there’s a lot of energy around us, especially when the classes let out and the streets get packed with students and parents. Our office for Manatana Tours and Travel is a modest little space where we handle all the day-to-day travel requests that come in. It’s not a large or polished place, just a simple room with our desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. We’ve been in Uttam Nagar for a long time, so we’re very used to the noise and the fast pace of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us local folks who know a thing or two about getting around. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the street noise outside, but that’s just part of being in this part of Delhi. We keep things very practical and don’t bother with anything too fancy. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their travel plans over a cup of tea. It’s a straightforward business, and we like being right here in the middle of the community.
