Management Trainee In Saaya Ji Hotel,Indor

This little spot is located over in Indra Nagar, Lucknow, specifically at C-2043/4. It is where we handle a lot of the training side of things for the hotel operations. Even though the name mentions Indore, our day-to-day is right here in the middle of Lucknow. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything, just a functional place where we get the work done. Most of the time, it's just us going through papers, learning the ropes of how a hotel actually runs from the back end. We talk about management and how to deal with guests, but it’s mostly just practical stuff. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main markets. We have a few desks and some computers and we spend a lot of time drinking tea and figuring out the schedules. It feels more like a small office where everyone knows each other’s names. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We are just here to learn how things work so we can do our jobs better later on. Some days are slow and we just sit around discussing the industry, while other days we have a lot of files to organize. It’s a bit of a mix. We like the location because it’s easy to get to from most parts of Lucknow. It's just a simple setup for people starting out in the hospitality world who need to know the basics.
