Our little spot is at 8/3, Sriram, right on the 11th Cross in Malleswaram. If you’ve walked around this part of Bangalore, you know it’s got that old-school feel with the big trees and the sound of bells from the temples nearby. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here in the S.P. Extension, surrounded by the smell of coffee and tiffin from the local joints. We spend our days talking about food, menus, and how to run a kitchen without losing your mind. The office is small, filled with notebooks and old recipes that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s a bit cluttered, honestly. There are folders piled up on the side table and the chairs are a little worn out from all the meetings we have. We don’t use a lot of fancy software or big presentations. Instead, we sit down with people and figure out what they need for their catering business. Malleswaram is a busy place, and there’s always someone stopping by for a chat. We like it that way. It feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes the power goes out and we just open the windows and keep talking. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just know our way around a kitchen and the logistics of feeding a lot of people. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience and a good memory for small details that others might miss.
