Our place is at B-48 in the SFS Flats over in Sheikh Sarai, Phase-I. It’s a quieter part of New Delhi compared to the main markets and busy roads. We’ve been running Malika India Pvt Ltd from here for quite a while now. It’s basically an office set up in a residential complex, so it feels very grounded and local to us. You won’t find any big corporate signs or fancy glass elevators here. We just have our rooms filled with desks, computers, and files. We do a lot of coordination and management work every day. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby areas or the flats themselves. We often walk to work or take a very short ride. It makes the whole thing feel more like a community than just a job. We have our little routines, like the morning coffee and the mid-day break where we catch up on things. The space gets a bit tight sometimes when we have a lot of samples or documents lying around on the floor, but we manage just fine. We’ve been in this spot for long enough that we know the security guards and the other people living in the flats. It’s a simple and honest way to run a business. We don't try to make things sound more impressive than they really are. We just focus on what needs to be finished before we head home for the evening. It is just a normal day.
