Our office is located in Dwarka, specifically in the Welcome Apartment complex at Sector-3. We are at D-5/2 on Plot-6. It’s a residential block, so it’s a lot quieter than the main markets. People sometimes find it funny that a helicopter company is based out of an apartment, but this is where we do all the planning and paperwork. It’s a small space, mostly filled with maps, schedules, and a lot of logbooks. Malhotra Helikopters Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for a while. We aren't a giant airline with a massive terminal office. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is ready for the flights. Dwarka is a well-planned area, but the apartment blocks all look similar, so you have to keep an eye out for the D-5 block. Inside, it’s just a normal room with desks and a lot of charging cables for our phones and tablets. We spend a lot of time talking to pilots and checking weather reports on our screens. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee machine here. We usually just grab something from the local shops nearby. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We focus on getting the details right because that’s what matters in this business. We aren't big on corporate talk or slick presentations. We just work hard in this little corner of New Delhi to keep things moving.
