Malhan Constructions

We are located at C-3 in the Minto Road Complex. If you have been to this part of New Delhi, you know it has that old-school feel with the brick buildings and the wide roads. Our office is a bit plain, but it works for us. We deal with construction stuff every day, so there is usually a bit of dust and a few blueprints lying around on every available surface. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years. It’s a central location, which makes it easier for the guys to get to different sites across the city. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long speeches. We just look at the plans and see what needs to be built next. It’s hard work and the weather in Delhi doesn’t always make it easy, especially in the summer heat. We just keep at it though. There’s always another job to look at or a supplier to call about a late delivery. We’ve grown to know the other people in the complex pretty well over the years. We share a few laughs over tea in the evenings before heading home. It's a decent place to work and we know the area like the back of our hand. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building things one day at a time.
