Malaysia Airlines

Our office is down in the G-8 Area of Rajouri Garden, specifically at C-22E. If you're familiar with Mayapuri, you know it's a bit of a mix of residential and business spots. We’ve been operating out of this New Delhi location for a good while. Dealing with flights and bookings for Malaysia Airlines keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. People come in with questions about their tickets or wanting to change a flight date. It’s not always easy work, especially when the phones are ringing and someone is standing at the desk at the same time. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the computer systems to cooperate. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to be patient while the screens load up. We aren't a big airport terminal, just a local branch office where the paperwork gets done. We handle things as they come. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because they’re lost in the Rajouri Garden area. We help them out and then get back to our flight logs. It’s a straightforward job. We go home, come back the next day, and start it all over again. The tea guy comes around at eleven, which is usually the highlight of the morning for us because we can finally take a small break and talk about something other than planes.
