Malaysia Airlines

Malaysia Airlines has this office at 13/1 Indira Vikas Colony here in Delhi. It’s tucked away in a residential-feeling area, which is a bit different from the big airport offices. We handle a lot of the local inquiries and ticketing from this spot. It’s a small team here, and we know each other well. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and computers to keep track of all the flight schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office or with customers who have questions about their bags or their seats. Indira Vikas Colony is a busy place, and we are just one part of the daily rhythm here. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just data entry and customer service, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations inside. It’s just a practical workspace. Sometimes people come in confused about their travel dates, and we sit down and try to figure it out with them. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Being in 110009 makes it easy for local folks to reach us without having to go all the way to the city center. It’s a straightforward setup and we like it that way. We just keep things moving as best as we can, one ticket at a time.
