We are based in Flat Number 6 at the Central Market in Kidwai Nagar East. It's a busy spot in New Delhi, 110023. This isn't a big airport terminal; it’s just a small office in a market area. Being in a market means there’s always noise outside—people shouting, cars honking, and the general bustle of shoppers. We spend our days inside the flat, mostly handling the paperwork and booking side of things for Malaysia Airlines. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have some wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. It feels more like a home turned into a workspace than a corporate office. We make tea in the small kitchen area in the back. Sometimes it gets crowded when more than three people are in the main room. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the flat number on the door. It’s a practical place to be because the market has everything we need for our breaks. We just focus on getting through the paperwork and answering the queries that come in. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we get our work done every single day. The fans hum all day to keep us cool while we type away at the keyboards. We just keep things moving along without any big fuss or polish. That is just how it is for us.
