Malaysia Airlines System

Our office is at 1/4 in New Sarita Vihar, right near the Sarvodaya Vidhyalaya. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi. We spend most of our time here dealing with the airline's local business. It’s not a big airport terminal; it’s just a regular office where we handle bookings and flight papers. We hear the school kids outside during their breaks, which makes the place feel more like a community. We don't have a grand lobby or fancy decorations. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of flight schedules. People come in when they have problems with their tickets or need to change their travel dates. We sit down with them and see what we can do. It’s a lot of logistical work. We don't use any of that polished marketing language. We just try to get the flights sorted for everyone. Sometimes the phones are busy for hours and we can't get to everyone at once, but we try. Most of us have lived in Delhi for a long time, so we know how to handle the local chaos. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a small team here. We share tea and talk about our own families while we work. We just want to make sure the travel process goes as smoothly as it can for the people in 110046.
