Our office is over in Greater Kailash-II, at E-564. If you know the area, you know it’s a nice part of New Delhi with lots of trees and local shops nearby. We’ve been set up in this building for a while now, handling travel arrangements and helping folks figure out where they want to go. It’s not always easy work, especially when plans change at the last minute, but we do what we can to fix things. The office isn’t huge, but it gets the job done and we’re all used to the way things work here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at our desks, just sorting through bookings and paperwork. It can get a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at once, but we manage. We aren’t big on fancy titles or corporate stuff, we’re just a group of people working together to make travel happen. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the printer jams, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. We like being in GK-II because there’s good food around for lunch breaks. We’ve built up a bit of a routine over the years at this address. It’s just a regular office life for us, trying to be useful to the people who walk in or call us up. We don't have all the answers right away, but we try to find them out eventually.
