Our spot is at H No 83 in Palam Colony, specifically near Sarai Sohal Manglapuri in New Delhi-45. It’s a busy neighborhood, and finding House Number 83 can be a bit of a challenge if you aren’t looking closely at the signs. We go by the name Makemytrip.Com here, but this particular location is just a local office where we handle our tasks. It isn't the giant headquarters you might see on the news; it’s more of a neighborhood setup. The streets in Palam Colony are always full of life, with people moving around and shops everywhere. Inside our place, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few computers that hum all day. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away. It gets a bit warm in the summer, even with the fans going, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the people who run the shops nearby. There’s no fancy dress code or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple way to run things, and being right in the middle of Manglapuri keeps us connected to the reality of the city. I've been here since we started and it basically feels like a second home now.
