Our office is in the 110035 area, which is a pretty active part of the city with a lot of industrial and residential mix. Makemytrip.Com has this spot where we handle a lot of the backend stuff that people don't usually see. It’s a standard office setup with plenty of desks and a lot of people on computers all day. We aren't sitting in a high-rise downtown. This is a real neighborhood with local markets and people going about their business. We focus on the daily grind of making sure travel bookings and details are handled correctly. It’s a lot of data and talking to partners. Sometimes the AC struggles in the summer heat, and the traffic on Lawrence Road can be a nightmare, but we’re here every day. We don’t use any of that polished marketing language in the office. We just talk like regular people and try to solve problems as they come up. Most of the staff live around North or West Delhi, so we know the area well. It’s an honest day's work for us. We just want to make sure things go as they should for the people using our site. It’s not always perfect, but we do what we can from this corner of Keshav Puram.
