Our office is located at C-5 in Nanak Pura, which is over in the Mot Bagh-2 part of New Delhi. The name on our paperwork is Makemytrip.Com, and we spend our days here dealing with all sorts of travel plans. It’s a pretty standard street, and the building is just a regular spot where we’ve set up our computers and phones. Some days are really quiet, and other days the phones won't stop ringing because everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We have a few chairs for people who come in, but mostly we are just working through the screens. The air conditioner in the back room makes a loud rattling noise, so we usually just leave it off unless it gets unbearable. We have stacks of printouts and old ledgers that we still use for notes. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a group of people trying to keep track of where everyone is going. Sometimes we get the names mixed up and have to start the forms all over again. It’s just a normal job in a busy part of town. We go out to the local market for food during our breaks. Mot Bagh-2 is a good area to be in, even if the parking is a nightmare most of the time. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can.
