Our little corner is over at 46 F, Pocket 3 in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and there’s always something going on right outside our window. We spend our time here helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s mostly computer work, looking at screens and trying to find the right dates for someone to go visit their family or take a short break. The office isn't anything special. We have a few chairs for visitors and a printer that jams way more than it should. Sometimes people walk in just to ask for directions, and we don't mind helping out. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. Travel can be confusing with all the different rules these days, so we just try to explain things in plain English. If a booking goes wrong, we stay late to try and get it sorted. It's just what you do. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door is the one who says hello. It’s a small operation here in Mayur Vihar, and we like it that way. We’re just people trying to make things a little easier for anyone who walks through our door. It keeps us on our toes.
