We’ve been at this spot in Yamuna Vihar, specifically C-8 / 128, for a while now. Most people around here know us as Makemytrip.Com, though we're just a bunch of folks working on travel stuff every day. It gets busy with phones ringing and people asking about flights or where to stay on their holidays. Sometimes the internet slows down, or the coffee machine acts up, but we get through the day somehow. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep track of bookings and try to help people figure out their trips. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking to people on the other end of the line. Yamuna Vihar is a decent area to work in, plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby when things get hectic. We started out small and just kept going because people always need to get from one place to another. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when someone’s plans go sideways and we have to fix it, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big corporate speech to give. We just show up, open the doors, and start looking at schedules and tickets. If you walk past our place, you'll see us mostly hunched over our desks. It’s a straightforward setup, nothing too complicated. We’ve learned a lot about how people like to travel over the years just by listening to what they ask for when they call us up or drop by. We’re just local people working.
