You can find us at Mr. Ratan Singh’s place, G/150 on Road No. 4 in Mahipalpur. It’s quite close to the airport, so we see a lot of people coming and going. The area is always busy with travelers and taxis. Our office is a simple room where we handle bookings and talk to people about their travel plans. It’s not a big fancy building like you might expect. We just have a couple of computers, some phones, and a lot of lists. Mahipalpur is a bit of a maze sometimes, but Road No. 4 is easy enough to find. We work long hours because travel doesn't really stop. There’s always someone needing a ticket or a hotel room at the last minute. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just try to get things sorted out as fast as we can. Mr. Ratan Singh is around often, and the whole setup feels very much like a local neighborhood business. It’s often loud outside with the planes overhead and the traffic on the main road. We’re used to it by now. We just sit here, drink our tea, and keep track of all the different trips people are taking. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
