You can find us on the third floor of building E-174 in Kalkaji. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes, but we don’t mind too much. Being in Kalkaji means there is always a lot of energy around us. There are shops everywhere and the smell of street food usually drifts up around lunchtime. Our office is fairly simple with a lot of desks and computers. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to get things sorted out for people. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies, it’s just a real office with real people working hard. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. Most of the staff here have been with us for a while, so we all know each other’s families and stories. We don’t really use big words or talk about missions. We just want to get through the work without making mistakes. The space is a bit crowded with files and boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit messy but in a way that shows we are actually doing stuff. We like being in this part of town because it feels alive and connected to everything else. We are just a group of regular folks working in a busy city market area and getting things done one by one.
