We've been here in Saket for a while now. The office at Paryawaran Complex gets pretty busy with people looking for flight tickets and holiday stuff. It’s mostly just us at our desks on Ignou Road, answering phones and trying to get the bookings right. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People come in to ask about trains or hotels. It's not a fancy place, just a regular workplace where we try to get things sorted for travelers. We've seen a lot of changes in how people travel since we started. Most days it's just about staying on top of the emails. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we are focused on the screens. We've got a small team here. Everyone knows their job. It's nothing too complicated, just helping out where we can. New Delhi is a fast city, so we try to keep up. We keep a stash of tea in the corner for the long afternoons. If you ever walk past Ignou Road, that’s where you’ll find us, just working away. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just handle the travel details and hope the trips go well for everyone. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here in Saket. We have some old maps on the walls and the desks are a bit cluttered with notes. It's just a regular office life for us in Saket. We drink a lot of chai from the vendor outside. That's how we get through the afternoon rush. We like it here.
