Our office is located at 81/1 Adchini, right on Sri Aurobindo Marg. It is a busy stretch of road in New Delhi. Amit Bose is the name on the records for this spot. If you have ever been to Adchini, you know how crowded it gets with cars and people heading towards IIT or Mehrauli. Inside, it is just a bunch of us at MakeMyTrip India working on computers. People think because it is a big name, it must be all fancy, but this office is just a practical workplace. We spend the day looking at screens, talking to people on the phone about their bookings, and trying to fix issues when a hotel or a flight goes wrong. The walls have some maps, and there are wires everywhere for the internet. It gets quite loud when everyone is talking at once. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The area outside has some nice little shops and places to grab a quick bite. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to make sure the bookings go through and people get where they are going. Sometimes the systems slow down, and we just have to wait and try again. It is a very normal Delhi office life. We are just people working behind the scenes of those travel apps everyone uses.
