Our office is over at B-8/103 Pharma Apartment in I.P. Extension, Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from being in a big commercial hub. We work out of this space where there are always files stacked up and people talking on their headsets. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies with sleek offices. It’s more of a real, lived-in space. We spend a lot of time on the computers, checking details and making sure all the bookings and paperwork are correct for the travelers. Since we are in Pharma Apartment, we see the same neighbors every day when we come in. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and we have to walk up, or the courier guy gets lost looking for the block. It’s just the usual daily headaches. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up, log in, and try to help people figure out where they’re going. It can get pretty stressful when things go wrong with someone’s trip, but we just sit through it and try to find a solution. Most of us have been here long enough that we don’t need to be told what to do anymore. We just get on with it. It’s a steady job in a quiet part of town, and that suits us just fine. We just try to keep the computers running and the phones answered.
