We've been here in Abul Fazal Enclave for a bit now, specifically at Ashiana Complex. Our spot is F-30 J-16, right near Thokar No. 4. People often stop by to ask about flights or holiday packages because they see the sign. We have a small setup here in Jamia Nagar. It is not some huge fancy skyscraper with glass walls, just a regular office space where we handle bookings and talk to people who live in the neighborhood. Sometimes the internet acts up or the street gets really crowded outside, but we manage to get things done. We deal with all sorts of travel things every day. It gets busiest in the afternoons when everyone is out. If you know the area, we are pretty easy to find. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Usually, one of us is around to answer the phone or help with a ticket issue. We aren't trying to do anything fancy here, just doing our jobs day in and day out. It gets a bit loud with the traffic near the main road, but that's just New Delhi for you. We have some computers, desks, and a few chairs for visitors. It’s a practical place without much decoration. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We just focus on the work for people who walk in or call us. The Jamia Nagar area has a lot of life and we like being right in the middle of it.
