We spend our time here dealing with all sorts of travel plans. People want to go places, and we try to help them figure out how to do it. It’s a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone. Malviye Nagar is a good place to be, there’s always something happening outside the window. Our office isn't anything special to look at. Just a bunch of desks and some chairs where we sit and work through the bookings. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't use any corporate talk or big promises. We just tell people what is available and what it costs. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been at B-133 for some time now and we like it here. It’s a real job with real people doing the work. We aren't a huge call center, just a local team handling things as they come. We try to be honest about what we can do. If someone needs a flight or a room, we look it up. That is basically the whole story of what happens here.
