Our office is tucked away in Flat No 58 of Pocket A-7. This is over in Sector 16 of Rohini. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy residential part of North Delhi. We don’t have a big storefront on the main road. Instead, we work out of this flat. It’s a bit more relaxed that way. The address often gets written as New Edelhi-85 on the envelopes we get, which is just a little typo that stuck. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with desks and computers. We have a lot of travel documents piled up on the shelves. It’s not a polished corporate space at all. There are cables running along the floor and the paint is peeling a little in the corner near the window. We spend the day handling bookings and answering the phone. The pocket has a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk to clear our heads. It’s mostly quiet except for the sound of the local vendors passing by in the afternoons. We like being in Rohini because it feels like a real community. People from the neighboring flats sometimes drop by to ask questions about their trips. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or big signs. We just sit at our desks and get the work done as it comes in. It’s a simple, practical way to run things.
