Make My Trip

We are located on the second floor of House No D211/3 right here in Munirka. If you know the area, we are just near Anupam Restaurant, which is where most of us end up for a quick bite when things get busy. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a regular floor where we handle things for Make My Trip. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the street outside is usually full of people and traffic, but that’s just how Munirka is. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks. We don't have a lobby or anyone to open the door for you. It’s a practical setup for the staff. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens. Some days it’s quiet, other days everyone is talking at once and it gets a bit loud. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the local rhythm. The building is older but it serves its purpose for what we need to do. We don't put on any acts here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a busy part of New Delhi to be in, but it’s convenient for getting around. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no need for anything extra when we’re just focused on getting the daily list done. It's just a group of people working together in a regular room.
