Make My Trip

We operate out of unit 170 in Ghalib Apartments, which is in the Pitampura area of New Delhi, zip code 110034. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We have a modest setup inside one of the apartments where we handle all our work. It’s mostly just us at our computers, looking at screens and talking on the phones. Being in Pitampura is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve been here at Make My Trip for a while now, and the apartment has become our second home. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people who come to see us are locals or people who have been told where to find us. The desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee mugs. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so we just tidy up ourselves. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We dress casually and just focus on getting the bookings right. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Delhi. We are a small team and we pretty much know everything about each other’s lives by now. We don't have any grand statements about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly before we head home.
