Make My Trip

We operate out of Flat No 27 in the Gh-9 area of Paschim Vihar, right near Meera Bagh. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical office at all. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed. You have to go through the main gate and find our block, which sometimes confuses the delivery guys. Being in New Delhi-87 means we’re in a neighborhood where people actually live. We see families walking by and kids playing while we’re inside working on travel stuff for Make My Trip. The office is basically a converted apartment. We have desks in what used to be the living room. It’s a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and talking to people about their plans. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot, or we can hear someone cooking next door. It’s just a normal day here. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some instant packets. We aren't trying to act like a giant corporation. We’re just a local team doing our part in a quiet flat. It’s practical and it keeps our feet on the ground. We just focus on the task in front of us.
