Make My Trip

You can find our office for Make My Trip in Saidulajab. We are on the second floor, right opposite the D Block in Saket. It is a very lively part of Delhi to be in. There is always something happening on the street below, and the noise of the market is just part of our day. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at our screens. People come up here when they want to plan a trip or when they have a problem with a hotel they booked. We don't have a big, polished reception area. It is just a workspace with people typing and talking on headsets. We try to help people find the best way to get where they are going without making it too complicated. Saket is a place where everyone is in a rush, so we try to be quick with our work. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, but once you are here, it’s a decent place to sit and talk. We aren't trying to be anything other than a helpful travel desk. Sometimes we get people who are really excited about their holidays, and that makes the day go by faster. We handle a lot of tickets and emails, and we just try to keep everything straight so nobody ends up stuck at an airport.
