Make My Trip

Our office is right here in Manak Vihar, not too far from the Yamuna Sports Complex. It is a busy part of Delhi-92 and we spend most of our days looking at screens and talking to people about where they want to go. Most people know us because of the big name, but inside this building, it is just a bunch of us trying to get the bookings right. We deal with a lot of phone calls every single hour. Sometimes the internet slows down or the traffic outside gets really loud, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. We have been at this address for a bit now and people usually find us easily if they are coming from the main road. We do not have anything fancy like a big lounge, just desks and chairs and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. It gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once to plan a summer break, but we manage. If you walk past the sports complex, you are basically right there. We spend a lot of time checking dates and trying to make sure the names on the tickets match the IDs properly. It is straightforward work, really. There is not much to look at inside, but the files stay organized and we know where everything is kept. That is basically the daily routine for us here in East Delhi.
