Make My Trip

We are over at A-58, Flat No.3 in the Paryavaran Complex. If you know Nebsarai or go down Ignou Road often, you've probably seen our building around. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and we have been here for a bit now. People come in when they are planning to go somewhere, whether it is just a short trip or something bigger. We sit here in the office handling all the details that come with travel. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on Ignou Road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most of the folks who stop by are locals from the complex or students from the university nearby. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a ticket or has a question about a hotel, we just look it up and tell them what is available. It is not some high-tech operation, just us at our desks making sure the bookings are right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones ring too much, but we manage. We’ve stayed in this flat because it’s convenient for people to find us. It’s a practical spot for a travel business. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure no one gets stuck with a bad itinerary for their next journey.
