Make My Trip

Make My Trip is tucked away at 126 B on the first floor in Savitri Nagar, New Delhi 17. It is not one of those huge glass buildings you see in the movies. We are in a busy part of the city where the streets are narrow and there’s always someone shouting or a bike honking. Our office is upstairs, so you have to walk up the flight of stairs to get to us. Once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter. We have a few rooms filled with computers and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we started. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air. We get a lot of light in the mornings which is nice. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around forever and a few new faces. We aren't big on fancy furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take turns trying to fix it. It’s a simple life here in Savitri Nagar. We just focus on the work and try to stay out of the heat. It’s a real place with real people doing their best every single day in the city.
