Make My Trip

We operate out of G-1346 in C.R. Park. If you’ve been to Chittaranjan Park, you know the vibe here is a bit different from the rest of Delhi. It’s got that neighborhood feel, and we fit right into it. We go by Make My Trip, and our days are filled with people asking about travel and tickets. The office is right there in the residential block, so it’s not some big glass skyscraper. It’s more like a converted space that feels a bit more lived-in. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails every day. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the corner. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to find the best routes for folks. The market is nearby, so we usually grab some snacks from there in the evening. It’s a straightforward job. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We just sit here in C.R. Park and help people get where they need to go. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when systems go down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a busy life, but being in this part of town makes it a bit more pleasant.
