Our office is located at 180, Engineer’s Estate in Patparganj. It’s right in the I.P. Extension area of New Delhi, which is a fairly well-known spot. It’s a solid, older building with a lot of other small offices and businesses all around us. We spend our time here organizing trips and making sure all the travel documents and vouchers are in the right order. It’s not a particularly glamorous job, but it’s very important to the people who are planning their yearly holidays. We see a lot of different people coming through our doors, each with their own specific ideas about where they want to go. The office is usually filled with the sound of people typing and staff talking on their headsets. Patparganj is a good location for us because it’s easy enough to get to, though the traffic can be a real nightmare during the evening rush hour. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans hanging on the walls. We just have maps, calendars, and our computers. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on the small details, like flight times and hotel bookings, so people don’t have to worry about them when they are away. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit stressful when plans change at the last minute, but we just handle it. We’ve been here long enough that the daily routine feels completely natural to us now. It's just simple work.
