We have been sitting here in Sheikh Sarai-Phase 2 for a while now. The office is in Pocket K, which isn't always the easiest to find for people who aren't from around here. It gets pretty busy during the day with phones ringing and people asking about flights or where they should go for their next holiday. Dealing with travel in India is never really simple, there are always changes or something coming up at the last minute. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. It is a lot of paperwork and looking at screens, but that is just how the travel business works these days. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather in Delhi makes everyone a bit cranky, but we just get on with it. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and computers where we try to sort out bookings for people going all over the place. People come in with all sorts of questions, some simple and some that take a lot of time to figure out. We know the roads around here get blocked easily, so we usually tell people to call before they try to drop by the H-16 address. It is just a regular group of us working here, trying to make sure the tickets are right and the dates work out for everyone. We have seen a lot of people come and go, but the goal is always just to get the job done without too much fuss.
