You can find us over in the Bidhanpark area of Durgapur, specifically around Arrarmore and Kalinagar. We’ve been set up here for a while now, serving food to the local crowd. It’s a decent-sized place, but it feels like home once you’re inside. We do a lot of Chinese cooking, the kind that people in Durgapur have grown to like over the years. The kitchen is always a bit loud with the woks going and the chefs shouting orders back and forth. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to get out to this part of town, but we have our regulars who come by every week. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in West Bengal, just a reliable spot for a good meal. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. On weekends it gets pretty packed, and sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for a table, but people don’t seem to mind too much. We focus on getting the flavors right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. The building itself is pretty standard for the area, and we keep things tidy. It’s just us doing our best with the recipes and making sure the service is okay. We like being part of the community here in Durgapur. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the dinner rush, but we enjoy seeing the same faces coming back year after year.
