Our office is on the second floor at F 712/A in Lado Sarai. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it. Delhi streets can be a bit of a maze sometimes, especially around this part of town. We’ve got a small team up here on the floor, mostly just answering phones and dealing with travel bookings all day long. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we usually just stay put once we get in for the morning. Lado Sarai has a lot of little businesses like ours packed in together. It’s loud outside most of the time with all the horns and people moving about. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of the holiday stuff for folks around New Delhi. It gets really busy during the summer months when everyone wants to leave the heat behind. We just sit at our desks, drink tea, and try to get through the pile of paperwork on the table. It’s a regular job for us. We don’t really do anything flashy. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a minute, but that’s just how things go in Delhi. We just wait it out and get back to work once it’s back on. The tea here is actually pretty good.
