It is a beautiful part of Himachal Pradesh, very different from the big cities. The address belongs to Nirmal Patial, and we operate out of a quiet spot that overlooks the hills. Life moves at a different pace here. We don't have the rush of Delhi or Mumbai. Most of our work involves talking to people about their holiday plans while looking out at the mountains. It is a small setup, nothing like the corporate offices you see in the news. We know the local people well, and many of them stop by just to say hello. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, especially when the rains come or it gets very cold, but we are used to it. We handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to the phone calls. We don’t use any fancy language or complicated systems. It is just about helping families figure out where they want to go for their next trip. We spend a lot of time on the phone because we are a bit far from everything else. It’s a peaceful way to work, even if the commute on the mountain roads can be a bit long sometimes. We just do our bit and enjoy the view when we can.
