The office itself is not some big resort like the ones people talk about; it is just our workspace where we handle the paperwork and phone calls. We have been here for a while and the building has that lived-in feel to it. There are desks crammed together and the sound of the ceiling fans is pretty much constant during the summer months. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby because there are some decent spots just a short walk away. It gets quite crowded on the roads around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. We don't have a lot of space for extra stuff, so things can get a bit cluttered with files and brochures. We are just a group of people working together to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water cooler needs fixing, but we just deal with it and keep going. It is a practical environment without any of the fancy decorations you might expect from a big company name. We just focus on our tasks and try to make the most of the day in this busy part of town.
